November 11, 20196 yr Hi! I had some issues with my unraid server, and thought to start over again to a fresh copy. I tried yesterday cuz i didnt get a ip no mather how mutch i tried. To day i have put in a small ssd to install windows server to run som diagnostic program and all seems fine. Windows did get ip and the internet worked without problems. So hardware issues there isnt what i can see. I havent payed a licens for the new build yet. Can i continue the trial days from where i runned into problems and install a fresh Unraid ? I have read on some posts but one person says one thing, another person another, how do i do to install unraid, and why didnt i get a local ip before? I tried to remove /config/network.cfg. didnt work, why?
November 12, 20196 yr If you re-install unRAID on the same USB thumb drive the trial period will continue with however many days your have left on the trial.
