I've just seen that they have removed the middle set of mounting holes on the bottom and on the sides of the white label 12TB drives, does this just affect that capacity of drive, or do other models share the same changes?

    I have many HGST/Toshiba 6TB drive also haven't middle holes. The reason was those disks have more then 5 platters and no room (depth) for hole.
