I am new to unRAID and using 6.8.0 rc-5. I am not using a cache drive yet and was wondering if I need to stop dockers/vm while running parity check? or can I just use Plex and so forth like normal while parity check runs even with out using a cache drive? Thanks for the feedback in advance!

    Nothing bad will happen.  Parity Check will run slower if Plex is streaming
