How many drives can I connect to unRaid?

I'm planning to build my first unRaid server, and I'm wondering what is the total number of drives I can connect to an array?

Can I have multiple arrays (pool of drives) with unRAID?

If there's a limit of the drives, the limit is for all the drives connected to the server, or cache drives and party drives don't count for the total?

If I'm planning to install Plex, can I have it on a SSD? If so this SSD counts towards the number of total disks? 

And how many drives can I have outside of the array. For example, if I want to use multiple virtual machines?
