i have installed an adaptec 1430 and ordered a dell h310, hope everything goes well

No problem with either, but H310 should be flashed to IT mode.

Yes, I'll flash the IT bios, meanwhile I let run the memtest, how much time can be considered enough?

Ideally 24H, but usually 2 to 4 hours is enough to detect if there's a major error, though memtest can't detect everything, i.e., if errors are detected there's a problem for sure, if not it's possible there still is but it wasn't detected.

I rebooted the nas after the memtest(was still error free) and got this error, couldn't be the USB flash drive that is giving me all this problems?

That could be a flash drive problem, or just needs re-creating, but should be unrelated to the other issues.

Had very few time these days, but I ended replacing my Sata card and Sata cables, started the nas back and seems working just fine, I get a new USB too, I wanna thank you Johnnie for your help and wish you happy holidays
