openvpn-as docker not giving me logon screen

I'm trying to setup openvpn this week and i'm having issues.  I followed spaceinvader's video but it's not working.

 

I have port forwarding setup, i can login to the admin portal, setup my hostname using duckdns, switched to udp on port 1194, added subnet 192.168.0.0/24. When I try to connect to http://192.168.0.169:943 it gives me the response "this page isn't working."

 

Any idea what might be going on?

Apparently all I had to do was use a different browser.
