Vers 6.7.2 freezes everyday

Featured Replies

During my trial period, Unraid worked flawlessly.  Then, right after I registered/purchased the pro version, it started freezing at least once a day.  After it freezes, I connect a monitor to the server, but nothing is showing.  The only way to unfreeze the system is to reboot it.  I have seen some of the experts on this forum diagnose issues by looking at log files.  What should I post to get help here?

Thank you in advance.

Tools, diagnostics, zip file. Attach the intact zip file to your next post.

Ryzen on Linux can lock up due to issues with c-states, make sure bios is up to date, then look for "Power Supply Idle Control" (or similar) and set it to "typical current idle" (or similar).

More info here.

Bios is already up-to-date, but C-States was on auto, so I disabled it.  Will see if that fixes issue before making any other changes.  Thanks!

Thank you ti-ti jorge.  The disabling of C-States took care of it.  It has been up and running for over 3-days now.  I appreciate your help!

Just an update:  Going on a full month without locking up.  Thank you again to my responders and Merry Christmas!
