After i deleted my docker.img file to test some issues i've been having, i can't reinstall the docker apps. I've tried to restore from a backup but that fails. 

 

When i try go to CA and install the apps the error below shows. I've attached a copy of my logs for further assistance.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
