Here is my smart test report.

1. What should I do with the parity disk? Should I replace it or just wait until other errors occur?

2. Is there a way to fix these read errors?

3. If I ignore these errors, can I access data if another data disk failed?

4. Can someone teach me how to read the smart report? I'm really comfused about it.

    Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete Diagnostics zip file to your NEXT post. It contains SMART for all disk, syslog, and many other things that give a more complete understanding of your situation.

    SMART test failed = failed disk, you should replace it.
