Alarm coming from Server

I am running Unraid Trial Version 6.7.2 using a x8sil-f board. Every once in awhile I will hear an alarm sound coming from the server that will usually stop after a minute or so. A while ago, the alarm sounded again but this time it did not stop. It has been running for about 15 minutes. I have attached the diagnostics and here is a link to an example of the alarm: youtube

 

Looking at the dashboard, while the alarm was going off, everything appeared to be ok: no high temps or heavy load on the server. Any ideas?
