Odd issue.  I just installed Dolphin in Docker for file management.  It wasn't working at first and then I discovered there is some sort of conflict with my Windows 10 VM.  If Dolphin is running the connection to the VM will not work.  If running the Windows 10 VM then Dolphin will not work.  Any ideas?  The ports are different.

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
