unRaid 4.5.6 loses network connectivity sometimes when accessing share

I installed a new Windows 64 Ultimate box today and sporadically when accessing the shares on my unRaid box, it appears the unRaid box network dies.  The machine is powered up but I can not ping, ssh, or web interface into it.  If I hard reboot the box, not all the shares come back online until I restart it a second time.

 

I was thinking this was because perhaps the two machines were competing from browse master or something so I set that to Local Master = Yes on the unRaid box but I am still seeing the issue.

 

Any thoughts?
