No usb power or ethernet at login

I am running the most current version of unraid and have it previously installed and and just changing the motherboard.  I am now using a Gigabyte Ga-Z97x_UD3H intel.  I previously used this for windows 10 no issues and now with unraid I can get power at the bios with my keyboard and mouse that is wired but after I select the version of unraid the power to my usbs does not restore at the login page.  I tried all the options for safe mode unraid and such with the same issue.  I can get around in the bios easy enough and the XHCI is enabled and I tried disabled and still no luck.  I've tried all the usb plugs on the back and the front and none are powered at login. TY
