After WOL no Files and broken webinterface

Hallo Guys,

 

i have configured WOL on my Server but when i do sleep on my server and wake him up again the files are gone and my webinterface is "broken"

I can SSH into the server and restart it but thats not the way iam looking for

any tips ?

my usb drive seems to be mounted but the /boot is empty:
