December 19, 20196 yr Hello, i feel like my unraid build is stable now and i am ready to dive into moving some functional wms over to dockers and try it out but the problem is i deleted the default system shares and i am unsure how to setup these things properly. Here are my questions: 1. Does VM Manager have to be enabled to use docker? 2. The default setting for docker.img seem to be /mnt/user/system/docker/docker.img , is it not best to put this on cache? If so what should my docker settings be? Anything else i should think about?

No, just for VMs 1 hour ago, je82 said: The default setting for docker.img seem to be /mnt/user/system/docker/docker.img , is it not best to put this on cache? That will be on cache if cache is assigned, but I do recommend using /mnt/cache instead, so it doesn't get recreated on the array if cache is missing in the future.

As i understand it /mnt/user/system/ would be on the cache too, but not actually moved when mover works? If i put it on /mnt/cache/ won't files be moved when the mover runs?
