Memory stuck at 95% after backup of several virtual machines with Linux Veeam Agent

Hello,

 

after i set up linux veeam agent at several virtual machines, my memory stuck at 95% after my backup jobs ended successfully (i already waited like 6 hours) and unraid is also shutting down some virtual machines due to memory problems. I got 32 Gigs and my machines only needs like 40% at normal workloads.

 

what can this be and how can i resolve this issue?
