Vm with 2 nics diffrent ip scheme

So I'm new to unraid and trying out for free for 30 days.  Try to see if unraid can do what I want.  I know it will run almost everything. But my main goal is to get a windows 10 vm running and running milestone nvr software. I have windows 10 and milestone installed.  I have 2. 1 gb nics installed in my server.  I have one on my internal network connected to the internet. And I have another just on a seperate static ip scheme for cameras(not connected to internt).  Unraid sees both nics.  I went into unraid network settings connected to my cameras and put it in the same ip scheme as my cameras. Then I added the second nic on window vm settings in unraid.  Lanch windows vm.  Go into network settings on vm and go into settings.  One nic says pci 0 (assuming motherboard nic). Second nic shows pci 6 which is the right pci slot.  I give it a static ip of the same ip I gave it in unraid ( camera network ip). Cant ping any cameras or get to their web page.  I have old nvr on same ip scheme and they can get to the cameras.  Like I said I am new to this so it might be an easy fix but I just dont see.
