Can't mount encrypted volume after upgrade

So I have upgraded to 6.8.0. Now my disks will not mount and I keep getting "Wrong encryption key".

NOTE: I have purposely put a null character in part of the passphrase. This has worked in all previous versions, but I am assuming that this may be the source of my issue. Never the less, I need to be able to unlock my drives. So, how do I correct the issue, downgrade the OS, or modify it to work?
