I have a dated TS-269L which lost HDMI output when there was a lightning strike near the house. The rest of the hardware (2 x 4TB HDD) is fine. It ran the QNAP OS flawlessly for several years after the ZAP. 

I set up a USB drive with the UNRAID tool and set a static IP. I booted the NAS, but after 10 min the IP is not loading in the web window and only the LAN light is flashing, so I'm suspecting there is some sort of input needed. 

I'd love to set this up as a storage device, but cannot see the boot screens. I can fit a USB keyboard. Any tips on what keys I need to hit to get the web window responsive?  From there, I should be golden.
