ESXi on UNRAID Datastore transfer performance

I installed an ESXi guest on Unraid as a VM following SpaceInvader's video on it. I had to set the Install media to SCSI instead of SATA or my storage wouldn't show, but that worked fine.

 

Now, when I try to copy anything large to the Datastore, it times out. Using WinSCP to transfer. All the small files worked fine (can edit vmx file on the datastore), but the 20GB vmdk just won't transfer. It will look like it's going for a time, but the transferred total just sits at 64KB and never moves. Am I missing something?

 

Running latest build of Unraid. ESXi 6.7u3
