December 29, 20196 yr This is very strange but I lost access to all files. Krusader and windows explorer reported back that my media directories were empty. Plex counldn't find the files etc. A reboot seems to fixed the issue. Any idea what could have caused this? tower-diagnostics-20191229-1216.zip
December 29, 20196 yr Diagnostics are after the reboot, so nothing of any interest in them. If this happens again, then grab a new set of diagnostics before you reboot and we'll be able to see exactly what happened and advise on the most appropriate course of action
December 29, 20196 yr Yeah, I don't see it in there. See if it happens again then post diagnostics before rebooting.
December 29, 20196 yr Author So when I look at the directories they show empty but about every 8-10 times the folders all show back up
December 29, 20196 yr Author Ok so if I look at the files by each individual disk they show up. But if I look at the user share they don't show up.
December 29, 20196 yr Sure it's not just Windows (assuming you're using that) taking its sweet time to populate it?
December 29, 20196 yr Author No it wasn't appearing in krusader either. Plex wasn't playing files also and all the User Shares totally disappeared. I restarted and now they seem to be back and plex works again.
December 29, 20196 yr Author This is bad keeps happening. The only thing that I have changed today was updating Unnassigned Devices. Could this be it. I'm thinking of doing a restore on my appdata. Thoughts?
December 30, 20196 yr Author Ok so unassigned device has been uninstalled and I have not lost access to my files since. However not sure why but my Plexinc docker was working fine but then a few hours later give me an error when playing files. I have an appdata back that took place just before this issue that I think I should go back to. I assume I erase the appdata folder and recreate the appdata share? Also docket I assume should be dissolved while doing the restore? I read the rough procedure on the plugin it self but am I missing anything else.
