Hello, Hoping for some help with my Dell poweredge R515. Does any one have any tips or tricks on how to quieten down the fans, or any better fans I can replace them with. (I've tried Auto fan control but it does not work for my system yet)

    Did you find a solution for this? I'm currently using the script in here to slow my fans down but I can't get ipmi to read the temps of my CPUs so I have had a few temp related shutdowns. I have managed to get Dynamix to read the CPU temps but I'm not sure how to tie that into a script to get ipmi to change the fan speed because the Dynamix fan plugin doesn't detect the fans.
