December 30, 20196 yr Hi, I’m building my first low powered NAS server. I’m moving away from QNAP and I’m an experienced Intel PC builder, but I’m trying my hand at a Ryzen build and I currently have the following: - Gigabyte B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI AMD Motherboard (with latest BIOS) - AMD Athlon 3000G 3.5GHz 2 Core (Socket AM4) CPU Both MB and CPU support ECC Un-buffered DIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8 RAM, but this is an area I’m unfamiliar with as I’m used to ‘more common’ XMP sticks and I’m wondering if anyone can guide me to the suitable 16GB sticks that would work well with Ryzen’s thirst for fast RAM?
