Not a major issue, but wanted some clarification. 

If I look at any drive, the Free value is different dependent on the source:

Example-

unMenu - 757 GB

unRAID - 739 GB

Synology (nfs mounted) - 705.58 GB

 

I did notice that for each drive the offset is the same.

Why the difference? And which should I follow?
