Unraid Upgrade cant log in

Ok so im really hoping someone can help me here i did the upgrade to unraid today (no i dont know what version) that just came out and now when the server reboots i cant login 

i tried doing the FAQ solution by removing the USB and deleting the password and shadow files and starting it back up and root / blank password is not working as the FAQ said it would someone please help me fix this as NZBGet is also having issues now and id like to fix it

    Hookup a monitor and keyboard to the server.  Now verify that you are actually completely the boot-up process.  If you are, you should have a login prompt.  Now login and, at the command line prompt, type: 

    diagnostics

    This will write the Diagnostics file to the /logs directory/folder on your Flash Drive.  Now shutdown the Computer by typing 

    poweroff

    After the server shuts down, pull the drive, stick it in a PC and upload the Diagnostics file to a NEW post.
