January 2, 20206 yr hello - unRAID has been running perfectly, but when i tried setting up VMs, where it told me IOMMU was disabled. I went through the BIOS however, and IOMMU is definatley enabled, does anyone can help this? Thanks, unraid-diagnostics-20200102-1324.zip
January 2, 20206 yr That option you took a screenshot for is VT-x. There's another option (hopefully) buried in the BIOS options that's labelled VT-d

January 2, 20206 yr I can't find a manual for that motherboard. Sometimes it's labelled as IOMMU, or under very rare circumstances as Vandenberg Technology

Not too much on that board I want to start a software router and PLEX server. hardware passthrough can help to achive the best performance on the router. Also Plex need passthrough to enable graphic card hardware decode I think. without passthrough, plex server can not decode 4K videos because the CPU performance is not enough Edited January 2, 20206 yr by Millek
January 2, 20206 yr Plex doesn't require hardware passthough in order to utilize hardware decoding when running as a docker container Are there even multiple NICs on that board for using a VM as a router?
