What are the chances of an UNRAID build for this?  I heard it runs Freenas, which I'm not a big fan of.

    I would say zero chance as Unraid only runs on x86 compatible hardware.    There is no ARM version.

    That is very bad arm only have DIY or OMV.

    Unraid would be a great to make support of Helios64
