Cloud Backup data in Unraid

Featured Replies

I recently had a Qnap.  QTS has a great feature of connecting to different cloud services.  I could mount my Amazon Drive, iDrive and OneDrive to have access to that data within Filestation app to move thing back and forth.  I was also able to back up my data to iDrive (for example) with a backup app solution.

Can I mount cloud services to Unraid?

What solution does Unraid have to continue backing up my data off site?

I am not looking for anything fancy like a differential or incremental backups (I promise bonus points for you if there is one)... just looking for a solution that the new data I put on my sever is backed up nightly.

thank you,

I am not one to normally bump my own thread... but I am struggling.   How do I back up to to an unassigned disk, and back up to a cloud solution without involving another PC.

I can not VM, my rig does not have the chops for it.  I need a solution with docker or a plug in.

thank you for any help or direction.....

rclone plugin?

Can I say, 'I HATE cl', and not get yelled at?

You right, I have not tried that solution.   I just see command line in a description and I avoid.

I will try  :)

thank you.

Yeah, but if it mounts the remote (admittedly I do not use it), then you'd be able to access it via another docker app (duplicati?) to be able to send stuff to it...
