January 7, 20206 yr 6.8.0, was running perfectly, until I upgraded my bios on my MSI x470 Gaming pro (MS-7B78). I am thinking that it put all options to default, and I cant even remember what I need to change in the bios. any help would be much appreciated guys, I am extremely worried that I did something wrong. It boots up, and holds for about 5 min, and then it locks and shuts down. Ideas on what I can do to get some help?

I found the issue and it appears to be up and running well again... .just have some minor issues with cpu scaling, etc... the bios upgrade really screwed me though...
