Rebooting and shutdown

Hi all,

 

I recently rebooted my system and normally it it reboots and i can login to the server again. This time, the server took so long to reboot I have to manually do hold the power button and restart it. It does the same for shutdown. Is this normal? 

 

after restart here is the log, I don't see any errors, just wondering if i need to fix something for reboots and shutdowns to happen normally. Also not sure if this is the right log lol as I'm new to unraid, let me know where to get the right one and i can post it. Thanks in advance.

Just thought I would mention Diagnostics, since you're new and it wasn't mentioned in the thread.

 

Tools - Diagnostics will let you download a zip file which contains many of your settings, SMART for all attached disks, syslog (since last boot), information about your shares, the results from running some simple commands, and other things which give a much more complete understanding of your situation.
 

We usually prefer diagnostics instead of only syslog, but in cases of crash, it can also be useful to have syslogs from before reboot. And since diagnostics won't have those syslogs, Syslog Server is needed to get those for us.
