6.8.1-rc1 - GPU passthrough GTX 1650 super NOT WORKING

Featured Replies

Hi there,

I'm new to Unraid and i'm trying to passthrough my GTX 1650 super.

Before using this gpu I tried the AMD RX 5500 XT but had a lot of problems:

[ 2.698160] iommu ivhd0: AMD-Vi: Event logged [IOTLB_INV_TIMEOUT device=10:00.0 address=0x7fb1c2cd0]

[ 2.702115] AMD-Vi: Completion-Wait loop timed out

[ 2.826473] AMD-Vi: Completion-Wait loop timed out

......

I got the same errors using Proxmox so I think it's an "hardware issue".

Then I decided to buy an nVidia GPU. The AMD-Vi error messages are gone now but I still can't get the GPU to work.

I don't see any errors in the VM log as far as my knowledge goes:

typing error

I'm also having trouble with a GTX 1650 super. Seems to be similar to this thread as well:
