Hello everyone,

I am fairly new to unraid and virtualization. Currently, I have been having troubles with vms booting with a gt710. Whenever I start a vm this comes up.

internal error: qemu unexpectedly closed the monitor: 2020-01-10T05:35:14.681545Z qemu-system-x86_64: -device vfio-pci,host=04:00.0,id=hostdev0,bus=pci.0,addr=0x5,romfile=/mnt/disk1/domains/vbios/gt710.dump: vfio 0000:04:00.0: failed to setup container for group 13: failed to set iommu for container: Operation not permitted

Here is my system info

Whenever I start it using vnc, it is fine.

I figured it out now.

For the other noobs out their like me, for you to run a vm with gpu passthrough, you need two gpus.
