January 13, 20206 yr Is it possible to set Unraid on a tagged vlan? I am running an older version of unraid 6.6.7 and would like to isolate unraid in my network so that network hosts can only communicate with unraid via intervlan communication. I have tried adding unraid to my vlan 60 network but it wont seem to communicate with other hosts on a different network, vlan 30. My ubiquity switch port is set to all (eg trunk) so all vlans should be getting passed to unraid. (only for testing) My pfsense router box has all vlans added and intervlan coms is working with hosts on additional vlans, with switch ports being locked down to per vlan. Do i have to add some static route for unraid to communicate with my pfsense box? or is it as simple as Unraid only likes to be on the native or management vlan. Network config Want unraid to sit on = 192.168.60.0/29 with host address - 192.168.60.2 Native/mgmt/untagged lan is 192.168.0.0/24 - Unraid is currently set on 192.168.0.10 Any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers
