100% CPU and array wont stop

Hi all,

I have an issue which I only spotted today... I have an HP Microserver (G8) with 12Gb RAM, E3-1230v2 CPU and UnRAID 6.8.0. The CPU is showing 100% usage on all cores.

I only have 2 dockers on the machine and no VMs. I am running Plex & NGINX Proxy Manager. So, I thought it would be a 'glitch' so tried to stop the array and its been sitting there for over an hour saying "Array Stopping - Stopping Services...". When I try to go into dockers it says that the array must be started to view dockers.

So... can anyone help with where to start diagnosing this? I don't like giving the server 'the finger' to reboot it - but am guessing that this is probably the next stage. I have included a few screenshots in the hope that someone might have an idea...

Thanks in advance.
