NFS issue with share

I want to access a public share via NFS from my CCTV software. It can't connect to the share and I wonder if this screenshot is saying NFS isn't enabled on the share (it is enabled globally in the settings)?

    You are on the right page.  Now click on the cctv share (under the name column).  Look for the NFS Security Settings tab.  IT should be clear what you need to do.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
