10TB drive showing error state after System Freeze / Hard Reset

I’ve been having some issues with my windows 10 VM making my system unstable.  This morning i tried accessing it over VPN and the VM was froze and wouldn’t reboot.  I tried a reboot (of the server) over the web and the whole system froze.  After getting home I did a hard reset and brought it back online only to now have a relatively new 10TB drive showing disabled and in error.  Looking through the smart info I don’t see anything obvious.. I’ll admit I know very little about hard drive health.  I attached the diagnostic report, and am running an extended start test now.. any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    SMART for all disks looks fine.

     

    Do you know how to rebuild the disk to itself?

    No, but I’m wondering if that’s what I need to do.  There seems to be some SATA errors on this drive, I may try a different HDD cage and see if that helps those as well.
