December 5, 201015 yr Hi all, I have recently decided to migrate from Windows Home Server to UNRAID and started to setup my server today. I am running an Intel S3210SHLC motherboard with all approved components. The mother board has two Intel Pro 1000 NICs which are both on the approved list. My problem - Unraid is not getting an IP address from my router (DHCP server). At the Tower login I type IFCONFIG and I see that Ethernet 0 has an ip address of 127.0.0.1 and a subnet o 255.0.0.0. I have tried resetting the router, installing the beta version of unraid but neither have helped. My router is s Dlink DIR-655; although it is assigning IP addresses to all other devices on my network without issue. So what can I do if the server is not getting an IP address. Please advise. Regards,

Regards, What do you see when you type: ls -l /boot Have you tried plugging in the Ethernet cable into the other LAN port on the motherboard? unRAID will always use eth0. It is possible that you are not plugged into eth0. Joe L.
