Parity Errors

This is my first unraid buid. After creating the array, it shows there are 150-200 errors on the parity drive and is now disabled. I tried running preclear it but takes way to slow to finish pre-read, 26% progress in 26 hours with an average speed of 25MBPS. The drive is a brand new 2TB WDC Blue Drive. I've been troubleshooting this for a week now and its driving my crazy.

 

SMART test completed without any error.

    looks like poor cabling.  Reseat all cabling to the drive or replace.
