Weird pcie config help

Need some help just put my 10gbps card into my unraid but I had to use a x1 to x16 riser for my gpu now cos not enough pcie slots so I got mellanox 2 card in top slot followed by gpu in x1 then HBA in the bottom slot so I was able to boot up to the unraid menu but when I click start minecraft server it crashes.

    It was just a dodgy riser, swapped to another and its fine
