OVMF BIOS on VM Startup

Hello Forum...  it's been a while, but I can no longer access the OVMF BIOS on my unRAID VM.  A few releases back, I was able to launch the BIOS using "Delete", but that no longer works.  I've also tried F1 & F2.  Any ideas on what I may be doing incorrectly?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
