Not seeing VLAN bridge port

I setup a VLAN under NetworkSettings:


  

Interface description: VLAN - IOT

VLAN number: 3

Network protocol: IPv4 + IPv6

IPv4 address assignment: Static

IPv4 address: 10.0.3.31

IPv4 default gateway: 10.0.3.1

IPv6 address assignment: Automatic

IPv6 address: lots of numbers

IPv6 default gateway: lots of numbers

IPv6 privacy extensions: Disabled

Then went to the DockerSettings and made sure the VLAN was checked.

 

But my Unifi router doesn't see the Unraid server on the VLAN, just the main IP address. And custom br0.3 is not available for Dockers.

 

What am I missing? I have it set to bridge eth0 (nothing plugged in) and eth1 (10GB). Not sure what else I need?
