I've been setting up unraid over the last few weeks and after a few snags, I got my main VM up and running.

 

I'm Passing through a 5700XT.

 

The First VM works great however, The 2nd won't pick up the card. (I'm only running one at a time).

Hyper-V is off.

ACS is set to multi-function

unsafe interrupts = Yes.

Uloading XMLs

AMD GPU has reset issue. Did you start VM with 1st xml then shut it down then start 2nd xml and it stops working? If so that's reset issue.

 

You need to dump your vbios to have a fighting chance against the problem. May or may not work but without it, highly unlikely to work.

Dollars to donuts its the nvram file. The only difference between the 2 is the uuid and path to vdisk, yes?

 

Create a new VM. Use Win10 template, change nothing except uncheck start after creation. Edit new VM, go to XML view. Paste everything from your User1 xml except preserve to new uuid including the new nvram path. Change the path to your User2 vdisk.

 

To @testdasi's point, do reboot your system and try booting the problematic vm first. Doesn't sound like the reset bug, though. I've had similar problems and creating a new identical VM always fixes it. Somehow something gets corrupt/bugged and this is the only way I've found to rebuild the nvram. This generally happens when switching from VNC to 5700XT. The key, I believe, is to boot the VM with the 5700XT on the first go.
