Notification on stop/shutdown for VM/s

Is there a way to have a pop up of some sort where when click stop array or shutdown and have VM/s running that it will tell you that "VM's are running. Are you sure?".?

    In fact, I would love it if the popup happens even with a short press of the power / reset button (long press of power is a force shutdown so should not be changed).

     

    Too many casual-brush-of-a-button unclean shutdowns to count.
