February 8, 20206 yr Hello, Sorry for the NOOB question, but I am stuck. Please help. If I set Sonarr as Bridge, the the indexers work, but SAB doesnt. If I set Sonarr as Host, the the indexers do not work, but SAB does. What do I have set wrong?
February 8, 20206 yr Author I used that to config it originally. Problems started I believe after getting new network provider, and changed IP from 192. to 10. Everything worked except for several Apps. Radarr, Sonarr, Letsencrypt, nextcloud, OPENVPN. If I open a terminal in Sonarr, I can ping SAB. If I paste the out bound message to SAB into a browser, I see a response back. It is like Sonarr does not see the response. But if I change Sonarr to Host, Sab works to Sonarr. What is different between Host and Bridge here?
February 8, 20206 yr Author Thanks for the quick replies. The IP address is not the issue. Changing to Host on Sonarr, and changing nothing else, fixes the issue connecting to SAB. I saw on one post the Host negates the use of ports. Not sure how that helps though.
February 8, 20206 yr You should probably post the docker run command https://forums.unraid.net/topic/57181-docker-faq/#comment-564345
February 8, 20206 yr Check your Sonarr log once the service has started. Any reference to duplicate ip addresses in there? Run it up in both bridge and host modes and check. I've been there before.
February 8, 20206 yr Author Here is the SONARR RUN script: I will get better ones Edited February 8, 20206 yr by BigBirdie Screen shots are unreadable
February 8, 20206 yr Author I found it! I have PrivoxyVPN, and had not changed the local LAN address for the new 10.1.10.0 network. 😱 Thanks you all for your excellent help. It was looking at the logs that I saw mention of the Proxy, and hey presto.
