    I have had my shares disappear twice before.  One time was due to USB corruption and the other was due to my USB stick dropping offline.  Try and powerdown the array and plug the USB into a windows PC.  If windows detects problems let windows scan and repair the USB.  The other time was due to a flaky USB port.  Try another port on the server preferably a USB 2.0 port.

    Rebooting should fix it but you're having a problem with multiple disks resetting, this is happening to disks on both HBAs, so possibly a power/connection problem.
