Unraid Networking Broken

I'm needing some help with Unraid networking. I goofed up all my networks and wanted to start fresh. I read about deleting the files network-rules.cfg and network.cfg from the flash drive. I did that and am able to boot back up properly. But then anytime I make a change in networking and save it disconnects everything and I have to delete the files again to get it back up. What do I need to do to solve this?

    3. Adjust your preference.
