February 18, 20206 yr I went to access my Video user share on Windows and got "you do not have permission to access \\192.168.1.3" Unraid "Shares" page says "There are no exportable user shares" Of course, I have had exportable SMB shares "Videos" and "Backup" for years. Checking the syslog shows write errors on my cache disk. The cache is 500 MB SSD about 3 years old. Unsure what to do next. Check cables or is SSD trashed? Remove cache? How to restore shares? And why are shares gone? Is the config borked? Thanks for any help. tower-diagnostics-20200218-1244.zip

February 18, 20206 yr Author OK. So should I just power down/up? Jiggle the cables a bit? Replace the SASLP card?
February 19, 20206 yr Community Expert Reboot, and take the opportunity to move the SSD to one of the onboard SATA ports, if nothing else because the SASLP won't support trim.
