February 20, 20206 yr I'm trying to replace my usb key, as it failed pretty quick. The 'replace key' prompt is greyed out. How do i replace my usb key license.
February 20, 20206 yr Just to be clear, you have the license key file from your old USB stick in the config folder of your replacement stick? How long has it been since the key was replaced the last time? If it's been less than a year you will need to contact limetech directly and explain what's going on.
February 20, 20206 yr Community Expert 8 hours ago, deaerator said: it was less than a month ago, the usb failed. If was a new licence then you should be able to replace it as the once a year automatic replacement limit kicks in after the first replacement. As was mentioned otherwise you need to contact Limetech.
