I do not have a video card built into my motherboard. Can I use a GPU video card to transcode plex to and use as server / consol monitor?

If I going to get new on.

 

Going to connet my geforce gpu card for plex on the first pci? 

 

And my bios/consol/server monitor card to my seccond? And what type of card can i use? need a small simpel.

 

Or can I use a usb gpu to my bios?

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Prosessor

Socket-AM4, 8-Core, 16-Thread, 3.6/4.4GHz, 65W, 7nm

So no iGPU. Can't help with would be the best option if you're on a budget but I'm sure somebody else will can help on this.

So I need new graphics card for this? Like this: ASUS GeForce GT710 1GB ? Or can I use my plex passtGPU geforce card for bios?
