Issues with shares and updating unraid to 6.8.2

Hello,

Im unable to update to 6.8.2 from 6.8.0. Getting this message: 

 

Weird things happened with my shares as well - all went public for some reason?

Was hopping that the update would fix some of these issues.. anyone experiencing similar things?

Looks like my usb drive is having issues - able to update by rebooting a few times.. was able to get a backup.
